# 6.4 Vorsi Talent network

As blockchain technology continues to develop and be applied, Web3.0 has become the trend and direction of the future internet. Unlike the traditional internet, Web3.0 emphasizes decentralization, encryption, and intelligence, which also makes Web3.0 talent a hot demand in the market. However, Web3.0 talent is still relatively scarce, which not only affects the popularization and promotion of Web3.0 technology but also restricts the development of the entire blockchain industry.

The talent network is an important part of the Vorsi Academy, and VorSi will establish a global distributed talent network and cooperate with high-quality Web3.0 projects to increase Vorsi's traffic and revenue.
