# 15.Team

Vorsi web3.0 Academy is a DAO. Vorsi Global will establish doctoral development teams in many countries to jointly establish the Vorsi Vorsi blockchain mainnet and the entire economic ecosystem. The following is the current strategy to join Vorsi DAO leaders:

Pamela Russell is a Ph.D. in computer science at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) and a senior researcher in the field of cryptography. He created a new blockchain algorithm "Philos Trust Algorithm: Preventing the Exploitation of Distributed Trust.", which was first published in IEEE. The Philos trust algorithm will be adopted on the Vorsi blockchain mainnet.

Vorsi use “Philos Trust Algorithm” to create a world-unique, more secure and trustworthy, multi-layer sharding network, and multi-chain interoperable blockchain network based on the Philos trust algorithm.

Chepilov from the Communication Systems Group (CSG) of the University of Zurich (UZH) in Switzerland is a researcher specializing in the field of blockchain proof-of-stake.

His research results will be used in the development of the Vorsi blockchain mainnet. We will establish a cooperative relationship with it in the future, and it will become the leader of Vorsi DAO.

Alex Biryukov is a PhD candidate at the Computer Science Department of the University of Luxembourg, and an authoritative expert in the field of cryptocurrency and blockchain algorithms，enter the field of AI. He has published numerous technical papers on cryptocurrency in IEEE, with his representative work being "Deanonymization and Linkability of Cryptocurrency."

In the development of the main network and the open source platform of artificial intelligence, Vorsi used his research results to create the Vorsi blockchain main network and the Vorsi AI payment platform.

Ziqian Dong graduated from the University of Minnesota with a master's degree in computer science. He has many years of computer platform development experience. Currently responsible for the construction and technology development of the Singapore team, including the development of the Vorsi contribution mining platform.

Wu Mingchuan，Bachelor of Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology in the United States, Master of Financial Economics from Singapore Management University（SMU）, and working as a market leader in many multinational companies. Wu entered the encryption industry in 2015, a senior encryption practitioner. Currently serving as the leader of Vorsi DAO, responsible for developing Vorsi's global business.

In 2017, her graduated from the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, with a Master of Management Science (MSMS), and was sent to the National University of Singapore as a visiting scholar.

Beatriz Sainz is currently in charge of Vorsi DAO's global channel promotion business.
